Welcome to Nammos, the innovative parcel delivery platform that connects users with reliable couriers for deliveries by drone or bike. Before you start using our service, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions.
By using the Nammos application and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nammos. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion and that all the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
Nammos provides a platform to connect users with couriers for parcel delivery. We do not own any delivery vehicles (bikes or drones) or employ couriers. The contractual relationship for the delivery service is directly between the user and the courier.
As a user of Nammos, you agree to:
Payments for Nammos services are processed through the app. By using the service, you agree to pay the specified fee for the delivery, which may include a base fee, distance-based charges, and any additional fees. All payments are non-refundable.
Users may cancel a parcel delivery request before the courier arrives, but a cancellation fee may apply. Couriers may also cancel a delivery under certain circumstances. The cancellation policy details and fees are outlined in the app.
Nammos values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the service, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
After each delivery, users have the opportunity to rate and provide feedback on their experience. Nammos reserves the right to review and take appropriate action based on user ratings and feedback.
Nammos reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances:
